Gas circulation in closed systems requiring high flows and differential pressures and near perfect sealing can be easily accomplished with a Nova Magnetics Burgmann (NMB) Seal-less Regenerative Blower. These blowers consist of a regenerative blower impeller, driven by an external electric motor, coupled by one of our patented conventional or high efficiency magnetic coupling systems. A range of sizes are available, delivering high gas flows (over 750 m³/hr) and high system differential pressures, all in a zero leakage enclosure.

Design Features

	High Performance NMB regenerative blowers deliver gas flows of over 750 m3/hr at free delivery, and high system differential pressures.
	Zero Leackage The use of conventional or high efficiency magnetic couplings eliminates the requirement to use dynamic / mechanical shaft seals. Only static seals are used to seal the various flange connections.
	Reliability The use of inert grease lubricated, sealed for life bearings, along with the elimination of dynamic/mechanical seals, allows for very high reliability, long life, and low maintenance costs.
	Safety The pressure containing envelope is maintained through the use of solid metallic barriers, all designed in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div. 1.
	Self-Cooled Magnetic Couplings All NMB regenerative blowers feature self-cooled magnetic couplings which offer a wide speed range without the need of internal or external cooling systems. Cooling is accomplished with ambient air only, and is automatically applied as the drive rotates.
	Serviceability All NMB regenerative blowers utilize standard electric motors and bearing, and feature a separate, easy to remove internal bearing cartridge. Service or replacement of either the motor or bearings can be accomplished in less than 30 minutes.
